Coughing is a potentially dangerous activity, so please be very careful and protect yourself and everyone around you when you make the recordings.

As a strategy for safe coughing, we recommend to hold your phone at arm’s length to the right of your body, and cough into the crook of your left elbow.

Also, as an extra protection measure we suggest to put the smartphone inside a plastic zip bag.
